Warm up:  10 min AMRAP
100 m run
5 burpees
pendulum walk
10 I's, T's, Y's
10 goblet squats

SKILL/STRENGTH:  8 min EMOM
10 Double Unders (or attemps), hold plank rest of minute

WOD:  "Annie"
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders (x3 singles)
Sit Ups

CASH OUT:  400 m run for time
