Warm Up
Bear crawl (forward and backward) 
inchworm
 walking lunges (forward and backward)
 broad jump
 practice candlestick rolls and kip swings

Strength
E2MOMx12
(4) Front Squats to Box
start at approximately 50% and add each round

WOD
Every 3 mins for 15 mins
5 Deadlifts (185/125)
Deadlift Hold (hold until failure)
10 push ups
