Back Squat (8 reps)
Every 4 mins for 12 mins, 2 sec pause at the bottom

start about 50% of 1 RM, work up in weight as tolerated

WOD
5 Rounds
10 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight
8 Burpees over the Bar
6 TTB
