TEAM WOD

With a 20 min running clock:

Complete 3 rounds of "Cindy" (each partner, alternate rounds)
5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
then immediately complete

2-4-6-8-10-etc (within remaining time):
Cleans (155/115)
Wallballs (20/14)
Medball Sit ups
