MOBILITY:  Foam roll for 4 minutes, include quads, lats, and adductors.

SKILL:  L-sit holds 30 sec on, 90 sec off for 10 min
1-2-3 GO 2-1-2-1-2-1

WOD:  4 RFT
50 m Walking Lunges
100 m Farmer's Carry- mixed weights in hands
200 m Run
