200 m Row
spiderman walk
10 box jumps
10 side lunges
10 inch worm push ups

SKILL:  3 attempts for max double unders-
5 sets of 5 squat therapy

WOD:  3 RFT
 50 double unders (150 singles)
75 Air Squats
