Walking quad stretch
10 Push Ups
10 Front Squat w/ bar
10 wall balls

WOD: 20 min AMRAP w/ partner
EMOM:  2 wall walks then max mtn climbers
Odd min; partner 1 works, Even minutes:  partner 2 works

Score is total mountain climbers.
