MOBILITY:  QL Smash
Psoas Kettlebell Smash

Warm UP:  10 min AMRAP
100 m run
5 kipping swings
10 banded pass throughs
10 partner gh raises
walking quad stretch

WOD:  "Partner Nicole"
Teams of two:
20 min AMRAP
Run 200 m together
then each partner does max unbroken pull ups, only 1 person on the bar at a time

SCORE is number of completed full rounds plus number of completed pull ups per team.
