SKILL/STRENGTH:  Deadlift warm up 10 w/ bar, then 7 (50% 1RM), 5 (65%), 5(75%), 5+ (85%)

WOD:  Tabatas
KTE
Russian Twisters (20/14)- single count
Burpees
Farmer's Carry (25 m)

8 rounds of 20 sec on, 10 sec off for each activity.
Score is Lowest rep set of the 8 Rounds
