MOBILITY:  Roll Out Bottom of Foot w/ pain ball

SKILL/STRENGTH:  Strict Press x2, Jerk (split or push) x2 (w/ bar or 55/75)
work on form and warm up for WOD- EMOM 7 min.

WOD:  "Grace"
30 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
5 minute time cap

Rest 5 minutes  THEN:

1 mile run for time
