"Running Bear" - 30 min max
5 Rounds
Bear complex - 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat, 1 push press (all equals 1 rep)
200m Run
5 burpee penalty for each time bar drops


Mobility
Work on an area that is tight or needs a little work
