WARM UP:

10 scorpions
10 leg swings side-side
10 push ups

MOBILITY: Piriformis Smash

WOD: 20 min AMRAP
w/ partner
partner 1:  2 rounds
5 MB cleans (20/14)
5 Push Ups
Then AMRAP sledge hits

Partner 2:  Run 400 m       switch when runner returns,
