Warm Up
Stretch as class
then:
Dynamic Warm up:
knee pulls
quad pulls
lateral lunge
toe pulls
scissor kicks 
scorpoins



WOD
Oly Total

Max Snatch (any style)
Max Clean & Jerk (any style)

Score: is total combined weight

Must complete snatch 1st 
and can only fail 3 times per lift.
No lifting into the next class!!
