Buy in 400m egg Run (medball)
then
200 DU's (100 each)
150 egg toss - wallballs (switch every 15)
100 sit ups (switch every 10)
80 grasshoppers (switch every 10)
50 HSPU (switch every 5)
Finish - 200m sprint relay
