MOBILITY:  Pigeon Stretch

SKILL: Ring Dips 5x5x5x5x5 (use band if necessary)

WOD:
"Partner Row"
8x500 m Row (4 per person)
While one partner rows 500, the other does v-ups
then switch, keep a running total of v-ups.

Score is total row time, and number of v-ups.
