SKILL:  Double Unders, flight simulator, 1-5-10-15-20, etc, unbroken or start over

WOD:  8 min AMRAP
10 Air Squats
20 Russian Twisters (20/14)
30 Single Unders

Finish:  10 min Mobility smashing your lats and traps
