WOD Friday June 20, 2014

WARM UP:  400 m run
then musical medicine ball
move around the balls w/movement coach specifies
if you do not get a ball to sit on, wait by side, each time the music stops, 
do 10 mountain climbers

MOBILITY: Foot Smash

SKILL:  Deadlift - work on form, work up to WOD weight (10 min)

WOD: 18 min EMOM
Even:  5 Deadlift (70% max)
Odd:  Max Double Unders

Score is number double unders completed
