SKILL/STRENGTH:  Air Squats
5 min 5 EMOM and hold squat in between

WOD:  5 min AMRAP
20 double unders 
5 OHS (115/75)

Rest 5 minutes

Run 1 mile for time 
(coach's approval needed for modification)
