MOBILITY: Couch Stretch 

SKILL/STRENGTH:  Muscle Up Practice (ring dips, ctb ring pulls, sit in band through rings, use hips to propel body up and forward into dip position, kipping ring dip)

WOD:  10 min AMRAP
15 dips
25 air squats
