SKILL/STRENGTH:
Dead Hang Pull Ups 3 EMOM for 7 minutes (banded if needed)

WOD:  "The Incredible Hulk"
20 minute AMRAP
5 deadlift (115/75)
5 hang clean (115/75)
5 front squat (115/75)
5 Push Press (115/75)
5 Back Squat (115/75)

Yes, you are seeing this right, 3 months pregnant with 100 lbs over her head!  Bad.Ass!
