7x1 tempo back squats (5 sec down, 3 sec pause)
then 2 sets of 30-60 second back squat hold

Min 1 - 6 bench press (AHAP)
Min 2 - 12/8 cal Bike
Min 3 - 1 seated sled pull
Min 4 - 10 DB curls
