WOD Friday July 18, 2014

WARM UP: 10 min partner dice
roll dice even number: buy in is 10 burpees each
odd number:  buy in is 10 walking lunge steps each
the number on the dice tells you how many 50 m sprints to do w/ partner

MOBILITY:  Sumo Wall Stretch

SKILL/STRENGTH:  Deadlift E2MOM 3(60%), 3(67.5%), 3 x 8(72.5%)

WOD:  5 RFT
10 HR Push Ups
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 V-ups
