BARBELL CLUB WORK
1. snatch: work up to 85%x1x5, take 2 min between sets.
2. clean and jerk: same as snatch
3. front squats: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1
4. back squats: 1, 1, 1
5. good mornings to 45 degree angle x 5 reps x 3 sets.
6. 100 sit ups or any other ab exercise.
